Antoinette's Revolution overview

Primo post ‘ufficiale’ dedicato ad un nuovo marchio indie di make up, Antoinette's Revolution Cosmetics.
Scoperto per caso su Facebook, ho subito cercato in rete gli swatches perché i colori mi sembravano promettenti e perché, per chi come me è nato negli anni ’80, era impossibile poter resistere al fascino del richiamo di Lady Oscar!

Ho subito mandato una mail per sapere se spedivano anche in Italia e dopo aver ricevuto risposta positiva ho cominciato a fare una cernita dei colori (solita impresa ardua per me!). Ho avuto la fortuna di poter usufruire dello sconto del 15% sull’intero negozio e spese di spedizione gratuite per via del lancio del sito, non male come inizio J! Tra l’altro ho potuto subito testare l’ottimo customer care (sia Katya che la proprietaria Racheal) per disponibilità e velocità nelle risposte, ad esempio ho avuto problemi un paio di volte nell’inserire il codice per le spese gratuite e loro mi hanno offerto una full size a mia scelta da inserire nell’ordine, che carine!
Prima di passare a swatches (preparatevi perché ce ne saranno un bel po’ :P) e descrizione dei colori qualche info generale:

• gli ombretti sono disponibili in sample (ziplock da 1 gr - $0.75 - ma è possibile anche acquistare la jar da 3 gr ed il sample verrà inviato direttamente travasato) o full size in sifter jar da 5 gr. Le etichette riportano gli ingredienti e la dicitura ‘not lip safe’ in caso il colore non possa essere applicato sulle labbra;
• è possibile acquistare tutta la collezione in sample, le singole collezioni in full size (Icing Collection e Rose Collection) o 6 full a scelta ad un prezzo scontato;
•  le spese di spedizione internazionali hanno un costo di $ 4 ed i pacchetti vengono spediti di martedì, il mio ha impiegato i soliti 20 – 30 gg.

I found it by chance on Facebook and immediately started to google around for swatches since the colors were looking very promising and (for those who were born in the 80’s like me) it was impossibile to resist to Lady Oscar’s (Anime show from 'Versailles no bara' manga) charm!

 I sent a mail asking if they would ship to Italy and as soon as the answer was yes I started to set my list (always a difficult step for me!). Luckily I could take advantage of 15% off the whole shop and free shipping to celebrate the site launch, not bad as a start J! I could also test the great customer care (both Katya and owner Racheal) in answering quickly to my mails and being always there for help, e.g. I was having problem with the redemption code for free shipping and they offered me a free full size poto f my choice, how sweet! Before going onto the swatches (get ready because there will be many :P) and colors description some general info:

·         Shades are available in sample (1 gr ziplocks - $ 0.75 – but you can also buy 3 gr jars and they will depot them for you) or full size (5 gr sifter jars). Labels show ingredients and whether the shades are not lip safe,

·         You can buy the whole sample collection, single collections in full size (Icing Collection and Rose Collection) or 6 full size jars of your choice at discounted price;

·         International shipping is $ 4 and packets are shipped on Tuesdays, it took around 20-30 days to get mine.
